Chicken Biriyani Recipe
- Saffron 2 pinch
- Cardamom 2 green
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Bay leaf 1
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Cashew nuts 1/2 cup
- Garam Masala Powder 1 teaspoon
- Basmati rice 2 cups
- Cinnamon Stick 1
- Fresh Cream 1/2 cup
- Dry Red Chili 4
- Powder 1 teaspoon

Step 1 – Chicken Biriyani Recipe
If you know the right ratio of rice, meat and spices then it is very easy to make chicken biryani. To make this easy recipe, first wash the chicken under the razor blade. Wipe with a clean cloth and keep it aside.
Now put all the material kept for marination in it. Rub well with the fingers so that the marination takes place well in the chicken. By the way, you should keep the marinated chicken in the fridge overnight. If the guests come suddenly, take a fork and pierce the chicken, then marinate it and keep it for 1-2 hours.
Meanwhile, boil the rice and spread it on a plate. If the rice is overcooked, it will become a paste when mixed with the chicken. Mix saffron in quarter cup milk. Heat a little ghee in the pan and fry cashews and raisins.
Fry the finely chopped onions in the same ghee! Take out half an onion and keep it. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and allow it to rise to room temperature. This step is necessary to cook chicken well. Heat the ghee in a deep vessel. This vessel should have a lid to close it well.
When the ghee is well heated, add the standing spices- cinnamon, bay leaf, cardamom and cumin. When they crackle, add whole red chili and marinated chicken. Now add onion, ginger and garlic paste and keep it covered till the chicken is cooked.
Step 6 – Chicken Biriyani Recipe
Now add garam masala. Cook the chicken until the water dries up! Take the chicken out of the pan. Add a layer of cooked rice in the same pan, followed by a layer of chicken and then a layer of rice. Add dry fruit in between each layer.
The top layer should be rice! Now add saffron milk. Cover the lid and cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes. Remove from fire and decorate it with onion, mint and kasuri methi, coriander and serve with raita.
