Union training minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan has stated that greater training establishments (HEIs) ought to goal exponential development to construct a future-ready workforce within the two-day academic convention that concluded on Wednesday. Present within the convention have been Shri Subhas Sarkar, Minister of State for Education; UGC Chairman, AICTE Chairman, amongst others. The President of India Shri Ram Nath Kovind inaugurated the convention on seventh June, 2022.
“India has shown its technological prowess in various initiatives like UPI, Direct Benefit Transfer, Aadhaar and we must build upon this strength and make a future-ready workforce to embrace the changes arising out of Industrial Revolution 4.0,” the Union Minister stated.
The convention consisted of various classes together with worldwide rankings of Higher Education Institutions (HEI), collaboration between academia-industry and policymakers; integrating faculty, greater and vocational training, training and analysis in rising and disruptive applied sciences.
In the Integrating School, Higher and Vocational Education session, Yogesh Singh talked about a number of steps taken by the University of Delhi. In the final session, V Kamakothi in his presentation on the subject of Education and Research In Emerging and Disruptive Technologies mentioned the potential and wish for Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Simulation and Modeling, Secure Systems, and Intelligent Manufacturing.
