MPPSC Prelims: Normal life is getting disturbed due to Corona. Now due to this, the prelims examination of state services and forest services of Madhya Pradesh has also been postponed. Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has taken this decision due to increasing cases of corona infection in the state. Previously, the date for this pre exam was fixed on 11 April 2021, but now this exam will not be done on this day, but after about two months, in June. The commission has now fixed 20 June 2021 for the pre exam. The notification related to the change in the date of prelims exam can be seen on the Commission’s website mppsc.nic.in. Admit cards will be made available soon for appearing in the prelims exam. Candidates are advised to check the website from time to time.

Applications were called till 10 February
The MPPSC had issued a recruitment notification for the recruitment of 235 personnel in various positions under the State Services Examination – SSE 2020. In this notification, applications were also invited for 111 vacancies in forest services. The application process for recruitment to these posts started about three months ago on 11 January and the contestants had to apply by 10 February. That is, people were given the opportunity to apply for about a month.
School up to class 8 in MP due to corona till 15th April
In Madhya Pradesh, 2332 new corona cases were reported on Wednesday. According to the state health department, 9 people died due to corona in the last 24 hours. In view of the increasing risk of corona infection, the state government has ordered the closure of all schools up to class 8 in the state by April 15. Apart from this, the corona guidelines are being ensured.
