Ramesh Bais, governor, Jharkhand has hailed the National Education Policy (NEP) as “practical” as in comparison with the earlier “experimental” ones. “The government could have made it mandatory by bringing in a bill, but the academicians should understand its specialties” he stated in Jamshedpur on Friday at a conclave — Reform in Indian Education System via New Education Policy 2020.
