According to an official assertion, the Haryana authorities has determined to re-engage retired lecturers to replenish vacant posts in authorities faculties. The training division will quickly concern pointers for re-engaging the retired lecturers underneath the ‘Sugam Shiksha’ scheme, it added.
It additional added, moreover retired authorities lecturers, retired visitor lecturers and people who retired from private-aided faculties can be re-engaged.
For this, other than the retired lecturers of Haryana authorities faculties, visitor lecturers who retired from authorities faculties and lecturers who retired from private-aided faculties of the state can be re-engaged, it added.
Earlier, Bhupinder Singh Hooda, senior Congress chief had focused the state authorities for not filling up the vacancies of lecturers and alleged that the BJP-JJP authorities in Haryana was working to break the training system of the state.
He claimed 63 faculties in Haryana had no lecturers.
“There are about 40 schools where there is only one teacher. In Karnal, the chief minister’s home district, 32% of posts of lecturers are lying vacant. About 50% of head teacher posts are lying vacant in entire Haryana,” the previous chief minister had stated.
