    Directorate of School Education Jammu and Kashmir launches particular instructor coaching programme

    The Directorate of School Education of each the Jammu and Kashmir divisions has partnered collaborated with Piramal Foundation (Kaivalya Education Foundation) and Red Pencil Humanitarian Mission to launch the arts-based capability constructing and coaching (ACBT) programme for lecturers. “It is a theoretical base derived from the framework of collaborative for academic, social, and emotional learning that emphasises self-awareness, social awareness, relationship skills, self-management and responsible decision-making,” an official mentioned.

    According to the officers, the initiative will practice 150 lecturers, 75 every from Jammu and Kashmir divisions within the first section. It was launched collectively by the director of School Education, Jammu and Kashmir divisions, Ravi Shankar Sharma and Tasaduq Hussain Mir.

    The intention is to enhance the general socio-emotional wellbeing of scholars, particularly those who can not specific their issues and grievances verbally, officers mentioned.

    “The ACBT project will be helpful in remote areas such as Poonch, Kishtwar, and Reasi,” Sharma mentioned on the significance of counselling college students and the way artwork remedy may equip lecturers with abilities to make sure the all-around growth of youngsters.

    Mir famous ACBT will go a great distance in serving to the budding technology to manage their ideas in order that they’ll study in a free and honest atmosphere.
