CBSE 10th Result: CBSE 10th class board examination has been canceled this year due to Corona epidemic. However, CBSE has announced a special marking scheme for the students of 10th standard i.e. the policy of fixing marks for the canceled examinations. Under this, CBSE 10th class board result is going to be released on June 20. In this regard, CBSE has issued a notification by releasing a notification on its official website cbse.gov.in. Students’ results will be prepared on the basis of internal assessment.
How will the rating
According to the notification, each subject will have 20 marks for internal evaluation. The remaining 80 marks will be given on the basis of the performance of the students in various examinations throughout the year. According to the statement, the schools will constitute 8-member results committees by May 5. Along with the provision of distribution of marks of every school, the related documents will be finalized by May 10. Students who are not satisfied with their numbers will be given another chance by the board.
CBSE will take strict action against schools on receipt of complaint of partial bias in awarding marks. Under this, schools can be fined or their recognition can also be canceled.
80 numbers will be found on this basis
The 80 numbers of CBSE 10th class board exam is divided into three parts.
- Periodic test or unit test – 10 marks
- Half Yearly or Mid-term Mid-Term Examination – 30 marks.
- Pre-board exams – 40 marks
Those who did not appear in the earlier test
According to the notification, for those candidates who have not appeared in enough tests throughout the year, the school will assess online or on telephone by 15 May and they will have to finalize the result by 25 May. The controller said that CBSE has to submit the marks by June 11 and the results will be declared by June 20.
