The service of YONO SBI App of State Bank of India (SBI) is not working. Due to this, customers are facing problems. The bank says that it is working towards restoring the service of YONO SBI App. Soon customers will be able to use it again. SBI has given information from its Twitter handle.
The bank has tweeted that the YONO SBI mobile app has been affected due to a system outage. The bank is taking steps to smooth the service again and soon YONO SBI’s services will be restored. The bank has apologized to customers for this inconvenience and appealed to them to fulfill their banking needs with SBI’s Internet Banking and YONO Lite at the moment instead of the YONO SBI app.
Internet banking platform was upgraded on November 22
Earlier on November 22, SBI upgraded its internet banking platform. Due to which the bank had already informed customers about some problems in using internet banking, YONO, YONO Lite. State of India had said that it is upgrading its internet banking platform to provide better online banking experience to customers.

A day ago SBI had said that customers should visit the website https://bank.sbi for updates or information related to the bank. Do not trust any other fake site. Apart from this, if the customer care of the bank is to be accessed, then the numbers for this are 1800 11 2211, 1800 425 3800 and 080 26599990. Do not consider any other number found on Google search as SBI Customer Care Number.
