Apart from this, women are being given the benefit of very attractive discount facility on home loan by the country’s largest government bank SBI. Under the home loan facility, women are being given the benefit of a rebate of 5 basis points in the interest rate.

At the same time, if you want to take a home loan under SBI’s YONO service, you will still get the benefit of 5 bps interest concession. SBI home loan interest rate is 6.70 percent. SBI is offering its customers home loans up to Rs 30 lakh at an interest rate of 6.70 per cent. The interest rate will be 6.95 percent on home loans from 30 lakhs to 75 lakhs. The interest rate on home loans above 75 lakhs will be just 7.05 per cent.
