State Bank of India (SBI) is continuously working towards improving its service for the customers. For one such effort, SBI has issued a notification to its customers through Twitter handle. It said that the bank is upgrading its internet banking platform. Therefore, on 22 November, today, customers may have some problems. According to SBI’s tweet, the bank is upgrading its internet banking platform to give customers a better online banking experience.
The bank has said that during this upgrade activity, customers may have some problems using Internet banking, YONO, YONO Lite. On November 22, activities on these platforms can stop intermittently. SBI has regretted the inconvenience caused to customers on Sunday.
Failed UPI Transaction
Recently, SBI had informed that if the customer has made UPI payment but it has failed and the money has been deducted from the account then what should the person do in such a situation that the money gets refunded. However, SBI also said that the customer should wait for 48 hours before raising the complaint to generate the refund.
