Former cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has invested about Rs 15 crore ($ 2 million) in digital entertainment and technology company JetSynthesys. The company’s relationship with Tendulkar has further strengthened with the investment. The shareholders of this company also include Adar Poonawalla and Kris Gopalakrishnan. JetSynthesis is a Pune based company and apart from India it has offices in Japan, UK, EU, USA.
The two already have a joint venture for digital cricket destination 100MB (100MB) and immersive cricket games – Sachin Saga Cricket Champions and Saga VR.

Tendulkar said, my association with JetSynthesis goes back almost five years. We started our journey with Sachin Saga Cricket Champions and strengthened it with a unique virtual reality cricket experience. It is one of the most popular games in its category and has been downloaded more than 20 million times.
According to Rajan Navani, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, JetSynthesis, the daily user base of Sachin Saga Cricket Champions has doubled in 12 months. At present it has 20 lakh followers. 100MB is also expected to increase in the coming days due to IPL and World Cup.

Along with launching games like Sachin Saga Cricket Champions, JetSynthesis acquired gaming studio Nautilus Mobile last year. Gaming studio is the creator behind the online cricket game Real Cricket. Real Cricket has over 120 million downloads and over 12 million monthly active users. Along with the games, JetSynthesys has also co-founded the e-sports company Nodwin Gaming.
