Richard Branson has revealed a weird story about discovering Elon Musk within the kitchen of his New Mexico home in the course of the evening earlier than his first area flight.
In an interview this weekend, Mr Branson mentioned the Twitter and Tesla proprietor was fully barefoot, holding his fast-asleep child X Æ A-12, and had apparently come to want him nicely forward of his Virgin Galactic mission to take the primary passengers into area.
He mentioned he went downstairs to get a cup a espresso and located “Elon had decided to surprise us”.
Mr Branson instructed The Sunday Times journal: “He was there with his baby. Basically, he’s a night animal.
“He would not actually sleep at evening and will get his sleep within the daytime. We made a pot of tea and sat outdoors underneath the celebrities and caught up.
“I think it was about 2.30am,” Branson instructed the newspaper. “I woke up two hours earlier than I was meant to and jumped out of bed, and then actually realised I’d got the wrong time, but by then I was wide awake.”
Apparently, a member of Mr Branson’s household had let him in.
Mr Musk later joined Mr Branson on the close by New Mexico spaceport earlier than the British entrepreneur blasted into the sting of area along with his Virgin Galactic area tourism flight, beating Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin flight by 9 days.

According to The Sunday Times Magazine, Mr Branson had first met Mr Musk on the wedding ceremony of Larry Page, the billionaire co-founder of Google and a mutual pal.
The ceremony was held on Necker Island, Mr Branson’s Caribbean residence.
