According to the notice issued by Air India, there is one residential plot and flat in Mumbai, five flats in New Delhi, one residential plot in Bangalore and four flats in Kolkata. The company will sell all these assets. Similarly a booking office and staff quarters in Aurangabad, 6 flats in Nashik, booking office in Nagpur, airline house and one residential plot in Bhuj and one residential plot in Thiruvananthapuram and two flats in Mangaluru are available for auction. Many such properties have been kept in this auction slot, which have been put up for sale many times before.

According to media reports, company sources say that up to 10 percent additional discount will be available on buying flats in select properties, especially in Tier 1 cities.
