Before going anywhere in the country for studies or employment, a lot of effort had to be made to get a new LPG Gas Cylinder. But now there is no need to run much of the new LPG connection. The country’s largest oil marketing company Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has made the rules for getting a new LPG connection easier. Now you can easily get a new Indane connection anywhere in the country based on your family’s Indane connection.
Indian Oil Corporation has given this information by tweeting. IndianOil in its tweet said, now wherever you go in the country, based on your family’s Indane connection, get a new Indane connection easily! A new LPG connection is now easily available based on the existing connection of your family wherever you are in the country for studies or employment.
Documents required for new LPG connection
To get a new LPG connection, Aadhaar number of the application, bank details of the application, proof of address of the applicant (as per self declaration) and family connection details are required.

Fake offer from petrol pump dealer
Another tweet by IndianOil has alerted about the offer of a fake petrol pump dealer. IndianOil said, it has come to our notice that unauthorized persons/agencies are making bogus offers for RO distributorship. The public is advised to visit the nearest office of OMC or log on to http://petrolpumpdealerchayan.in for authentication.

Refill portability started in these five cities
Now Indane customers can now get LPG refill from any distributor. Customers will now be able to choose from any of the delivery distributors of Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) that distribute LPG in their area. In the pilot phase, this unique facility will be available in Gurgaon, Pune, Ranchi, Chandigarh, Coimbatore. The pilot has started.
