Circle Rate Noida: The Gautam Budh Nagar district administration released a new proposed list of circle rates of lands late on Monday evening. In the proposed list, the circle rate has been increased by five to 20 percent by changing the category of many sectors. In the new list, ‘location charges’ have been proposed on the plots near metro, green belt and expressway. Location charges up to 12.5 per cent may have to be paid for individual plots.
The proposed list has been uploaded on the website of the district administration. Along with this, objections and suggestions have been invited from the people on this list. Any person can lodge an objection on the proposed list till 4 pm on 16 August. It is believed that if there is no protest, it will be notified on August 19.
A, B, C category has been prepared
District Information Officer Rakesh Chauhan said that the current circle rates in the district were implemented on August 8, 2019. Due to the Corona transition period, the list of circle rates could not be released across the state in 2020. He said that the residential plots have been marked in A, B, C category by the Noida Authority. The location of some of these sectors has been changed.
New circle rate to eliminate the difference
He said that new rates have also been proposed in the areas of Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway Development Authority and Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation. There is a huge difference between authority rates and circle rates. To eliminate this difference, a list of new circle rates has been prepared.
