Under this, the country’s new Petroleum Minister Hagpip Singh Puri has spoken to the Energy Minister of Saudi Arabia.
Petroleum Minister Hardeep Singh Puri spoke to Saudi Arabia, the main country of the Organization of the Oil Exporting Countries (OPEC), and conveyed India’s concern about the high oil prices. Fuel prices in the country have reached record highs due to high oil prices.

He had held talks with the Energy Minister in the United Arab Emirates a day earlier. Earlier, he spoke to Qatar’s Energy Minister on Saturday. Puri spoke to Saudi Arabia’s Energy Minister Prince Abdul Aziz bin Salman Al Saud.
