Petrol-diesel prices change every morning at 6 am:
It is worth noting that now the prices of petrol and diesel are changed every day at 6 am. Their new rates are applicable from 6 am onwards. Explain that after adding excise duty, dealer commission and other things to the price of petrol and diesel, its price now almost doubles.
On the basis of these parameters, now oil companies do the work of fixing petrol rate and diesel rate daily. Whereas the dealers-people running petrol pumps sell petrol-diesel at retail prices after adding taxes and their own margins accrued at the consumers end. All this cost is also added to the petrol rate and diesel rate.
