JCB India Limited has introduced the industry’s first dual fuel loader in India. It can run both from diesel and CNG and is named JCB 3DX DFi. This machine uses HCCI (Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition) technology. Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari launched this dual fuel loader.
The JCB 3DX DFi loader has been developed in India and tested before launch in different operating conditions. It will be manufactured at the company’s factory in Ballabhgarh. The JCB 3DX DFi runs on a mixture of CNG and diesel. This reduces carbon dioxide emissions, which will reduce pollution. Apart from this, CNG is economical and helps the customer to reduce the operating cost.
Also equipped with JCB Live Link
The JCB 3DX DFi loader will also feature JCB’s Advanced Telematics Technology – JCB Live Link. Through this, the machine can be tracked and monitored in real time. With this technology, machine related service, operation and security updates can be found online or through mobile application.
Export to different countries
On this occasion, JCB India CEO and Managing Director Deepak Shetty said, “We have continued to invest in innovation during our four decades of operations in India. This is one of our major operations. This dual fuel machine can run on CNG instead of diesel and it has been developed to meet the changing needs of our customers. Further, it will be exported to different countries around the world. ”
JCB India has five factories and a design center in the country. The sixth JCB Group factory is currently being built in Vadodara, Gujarat. The company has exported machines made in India to more than 110 countries. They have been designed and built according to JCB’s One Global Quality Standard. JCB has 60+ dealers and 700 outlets.
