Policy intervention required for 2G phone customers
Mukesh Ambani has advocated policy intervention to bring 300 million 2G phone customers to smartphones in India. He said that even today, 30 crore customers in the country are ‘stranded’ in 2G and policy intervention is needed to bring them into the smartphone.
