According to the report of The Verge, Microsoft has decided to give a separate bonus of $ 1500-1500 i.e. more than Rs 1 lakh to its employees. Microsoft’s Chief People Officer (CPO) has announced this bonus on July 8. Bonus will be paid in the month of July and August. Every employee of the world working in Microsoft will get the benefit of this.
1500 crore will be distributed as bonus
It is believed that as a bonus, Microsoft will have to pay a separate $ 200 million i.e. about 1500 crore rupees. This will also greatly benefit the image of the company. However, employees working as Vice President in the company and employees of subsidiary companies such as Microsoft’s GitHub, LinkedIn and Zenimax will not get the benefit of this bonus. According to a CNBC report, Microsoft has a cash reserve, equity and investment of $125 billion.

Globally 1 lakh 75 thousand 508 workers work in Microsoft. The employees who are on the post below the Vice President will get the benefit of this. There is also a condition regarding this. The joining of the beneficiary employee should be before 31 March 2021.
