Government company Nilanchal Ispat Nigam Ltd. (Neelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd) has received several bids for privatization. Target to raise 1.75 lakh crore from disinvestment in FY22
The government has set a target of raising Rs 1.75 lakh crore from disinvestment in the financial year 2021-22. In the revised estimate, the government has set a target of raising Rs 32,000 crore from disinvestment in the current financial year.
In the current financial year, the government has so far raised Rs 32,835 crore through minority shareholding and share repurchases in central public sector undertakings.
