Bajaj Auto has cut the price of its super bike Dominar 250 by Rs 16800. After this deduction, the new price of the bike will be Rs 1 lakh 55 thousand.

Bajaj Auto said that it is going to cut the price of the Dominar 250. In a statement issued by the company, it was said that the price of this bike will be cut by Rs 16800. After the price cut, the price of Dominar 250 will be around 1 lakh 55 thousand rupees.
Sarang Kanade, President, Motorcycle Business, Bajaj Auto said that on the one hand, there is a price increase in the auto industry. In such a situation, we decided to cut the price because it could help in sports tourism. Talking about the features of this bike, the engine is of 248.8cc. It is powered by a single cylinder engine that can produce 27 PS of power and 23.5 Nm of torque. No changes have been made in the specifications of the bike. Its design will be similar to that of the Dominar 400.

If we look at other features, then it has a disc brake of dual channel ABS standard. Apart from this, LED headlamp has been installed. In its segment, it competes with Suzuki Gixxer 250, Yamaha FZ25, Husqvarna 250 and KTM 250 Duke. This bike was launched in the Indian market in March 2020.
24 percent jump in sales
Bajaj Auto last week reported that its sales in June 2021 increased by 24 percent to 3,46,136 units. The company had sold 2,78,097 units in the same month a year ago. Bajaj Auto told the stock exchange that its domestic sales stood at 1,61,836 units in June this year as against 1,51,189 units in the same period a year ago, thus registering a seven per cent increase in domestic sales.
45% jump in exports
The company said that exports grew by 45 per cent to 1,84,300 units in June, from 1,26,908 units in the same month a year ago. Farm equipment maker Escorts Agri Machinery (EAM) on Thursday said tractor sales stood at 12,533 units in June, up from 10,851 tractors sold in the same month a year ago. MG Motor India said that it had retail sales of 3,558 units in June. The company had sold 1,867 units in the same month last year.
