In this way, the process of providing recruitment and efficiency for new jobs has been implemented under the National Skill Development Mission of the Government of India, which will boost the employment at the local level in the country and also accelerate the economy.
Flipkart is also running training programs for responsibilities related to different aspects of its supply chain which continue in the form of classroom and digital training and thereby increasing the understanding of supply chain management. These training programs include implementation of customer service, delivery, installation and security and hygiene measures and understanding of the functioning of hand-held devices, adequate information about POS machines, scanners, mobile applications and ERP etc. . The training being imparted during this time is planned to prepare the participating workforce according to the future so that they can get opportunities to move forward in the fast-growing e-commerce industry of the country.
