Amazon had earlier provided the facility to book flight tickets. After that, the bus ticket booking feature was added in November 2019. Now the company has given the facility to customers to book reserved train tickets.

Customers will get a discount for booking train tickets for the first time through the Amazon app. They will get 100 to 120 rupees as cashback. General customers will get 10% cashback. Whereas Prime Members will get 12% i.e. up to Rs. 120 cashback. This offer is valid for a limited period.

Booking of train tickets can be done through Amazon Pay Balance. In the meantime, if you cancel the ticket or if the booking fails due to any other reason then customers need not panic because they will get a refund immediately.
