Know how much salary will come from DA hike
Due to the Corona period, the central employees are expecting an increase in DA since last year. In such a situation, soon their wait may be over. From September, their DA’s money will start coming. During this, the arrears of the last three installments will be given in the coming salary. According to the secretary of the National Council of JCM (JCM), the DA of central employees will be increased by 31% from their basic pay. In such a situation, they can get the benefit of increased salary up to Rs 7750.
Know how the salary will increase
For salary calculation under 7th Pay Commission, DA will have to be calculated on the basic salary of the employee. Suppose someone’s basic salary is Rs 25,000, then his DA will increase by 31% of 25,000. This means that the increase in DA will be 31% of Rs 25,000 i.e. total Rs 7750. Similarly, the salary of other central employees will also be different in 7th CPC Pay Matrix. It can be calculated by looking at your basic salary. Till now, dearness allowance is paid at the rate of 17 percent. In such a situation, if those who have a basic salary of Rs 25000, they get Rs 4250 according to the current DA, but if it increases, they will get about Rs 7750.
when will the arrears be received
Central employees will be given dearness allowance increasing from June 2021 in the last three installments in the salary coming on 30 September. At the same time, arrears of two months will also be available in July and August. If sources are to be believed, 3 percent DA is going to increase in June 2021 as well. In such a situation, the dearness allowance (DA payment) of central employees will increase by 14 percent. It is known that last year due to Corona virus, the increase in DA was frozen, but since July its ban has been lifted. With this, 52 lakh central employees and 60 lakh pensioners will get the benefit of increased salary.
