File ITR without Form 16
Taxes are collected annually from the employees and businessmen by the central government. This is called income tax or income tax. Form 26AS
The total tax details of salary deductions from the company can be seen through Form 26AS. Mix the details given in it with your salary slip and check whether the tax is correctly deducted or not. After this, file the tax by calculating the return.
Tax exemption opportunity
If you are in a job, you get many such allowances, which you can save tax by claiming. Such as HRA, LTA, Education Allowance etc. In this case, use the relevant document while filling the ITR. There are many such investments on which tax is deducted under section 80C. According to the scheme, you can get a tax rebate of up to Rs 1,50,000 on the amount you invest.
Rent agreement
If you are earning from other things. Like- If you have rented the house, then copy the rent agreement to get tax exemption on the income from it. Also, photocopy your identity card and monthly income. Apart from this, if you have taken a housing loan, then do not forget to show the interest given on it, money received from small scale industries, etc. under the total taxable income.
Calculate tax
Remove your net taxable income. For this, deduct your total earnings from your total deducted money. Now whatever data is left is your total taxable income. Now according to the income tax slab rate, find out how much tax you will have to pay. If there is a difference in your calculation, according to Form 26A, you should pay the remaining tax amount to the Income Tax Department on your behalf. Doing so will not require Form 16.
