Premachandran has covered his auto from the three sides with Plexiglass Barriers so that if someone comes close to that autorickshaw, he is not affected by the corona.
Auto Riksha Compressed
In this second wave of Corona epidemic going on in the country, we have seen many good people who are constantly helping their lives by risking their lives. Premachandran, who lives in Vellore, Kerala, has done something similar. He converted his autorickshaw into a mini ambulance and has helped over 500 people with corona symptoms so far.
After transporting people to Premchandran Hospital, they sanitize their rickshaws well. He has covered his auto from Plexiglas Barriers on all three sides so that if anyone comes close to that autorickshaw, then he is not affected by the corona. Apart from this, this sheet also protects them from getting in touch with the virus.
Started helping people from here
While people are not coming forward to take anyone to the hospital in this period, Premachandran confirms this so that he can deliver people to their place on time. He says that it all started when he was taking a pregnant woman suffering from Covid-19 and a person from Gulf countries.
After this, the social workers and the local people sought the help of the distressed people to get them to the hospital in lockdown. According to the ANI report, he said, “After giving a ride to a person coming from the Gulf country with symptoms of COVID-19, more people started calling me.” Asha workers and local authority people got me trips of people who needed to go to the hospital during lockdown. Most people had symptoms of COVID-19, so people were refusing to take them.
