Nexon EV is very much liked in India. This car performs well. Till now we have heard about the traveling of many such people who have taken this vehicle far and wide.
Tata Nexon Ev is quite popular among the customers
The Tata Nexon EV is one of the most popular electric SUVs in the country. It competes with other electric SUVs in the segment like the G ZS EV, Hyundai Kona EV. The Tata Nexon EV is currently the most affordable electric SUV in the segment and this is one of the reasons why it has become so popular among buyers. The Nexon compact SUV is one of the safest SUVs in the segment. So far we have seen many strong performances of this vehicle. But today we bring you a video where a Nexon EV owner drove the SUV from Delhi to Kaza in the Spiti Valley of Himachal Pradesh.
The video has been uploaded through Anjnay vlogs. In such a situation, Tata Nexon has become the first electric SUV in India to reach there. The vlogger told throughout the video that he was very happy with the excellent performance of the car. It was performing well on rough roads.
The advantage of the vlogger in this journey was the road. It was mostly downhill which meant that he didn’t have to work hard and drain the battery. He was driving at a speed of 50-60-70 kmph. As he was driving downhill, regenerative braking started working which increased the driving range.
such was the journey
After running it for some time, the battery charge increased from 50 to 52 percent. Driving had almost doubled to 163 kms. They were about 89 kms from Kalpa and since these are hilly roads, there were good patches as well as many potholes. The Nexon EV handled all these without any hassle. As he reached Rekong Peo and driving towards Kalpa, the battery consumption increased. The climb became quite steep and when they finally reached Kalpa, the Nexon EV still had 19 percent battery charge left. The vlogger had covered a distance of about 230 kilometers on a single charge that day.
The next day, he charged the Nexon EV and proceeded towards Delhi via Chandigarh. The vlogger claims that this is India’s first Nexon EV to reach Kaza or Spiti. Tata Nexon EV works on Ziptron technology. The EV comes with a 30.2 kWh battery pack that powers the electric motor. The motor generates a maximum torque of 129 Ps and 245 Nm of peak torque. The top speed of the Nexon EV is limited to 120 kmph and has a certified driving range of 312 kms on a single charge.
