Skoda Auto India has finally revealed the production-spec Skoda Kushak compact SUV in India. This is the first vehicle developed under the ‘India 2.0’ project. 93 percent of the parts of this SUV are made in India. It is believed that the price of this SUV can be between Rs 10 to 16 lakhs.
Skoda Kushaq is all set for launch in the Indian car market today and this could well be the base on which Skoda Auto India balances itself for its entry into future planning. The Kushak was first showcased as a concept at the Auto Expo 2020 and was then referred to as the Vision Inn.
This car has been specially developed for the Indian car market and the company has made a lot of promises about it. Whether the promise alone will suffice or can the Skoda Kushak price tag really help it aggressively challenge the likes of Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos, will be revealed in just a short while. Variants and color options: The Skoda Kushak SUV will be made available in three variants – Active, Ambition and Style. There will be a choice of five color options – Candy White, Brilliant Silver, Honey Orange, Carbon Steel and Tornado Red.
Inside Cabin Feature Highlights: Wireless phone charging, USB Type C port and support for wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, electric sunroof with anti-pinch function can be given.
Interior of Skoda Kushak SUV: The boot space inside the Kushak SUV is 385 liters which can be increased to 1,405 liters by folding down the rear seats in the ratio of 60:40.

The Kushaq gets a black chrome grille up front and prominent chrome outlines on all sides. There are LED headlights with integrated DRLs on either side of the grille which sit right above the fog lights which come with cornering functionality.

The sub-compact and mid-size SUV segment has seen a rise in popularity and demand in India and the trend continues to be here.
