Renault India, a unit of the group Renault France, has tied up with Cero Recycling to help customers scrap their old vehicles. The company will provide incentives or finance benefits to prospective customers for the purchase of a new vehicle.
French carmaker has launched a program ‘RELIVE’ with Cero – scrapping of old vehicles between Mahindra Intertrade Limited and state-owned MSTC Limited in 6 locations including National Capital, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru . The company said, “The Renault India dealership with Cero Recycling is handling the entire process from vehicle Evaluation to RTO to official de-registration and handing over the official certificate for depositing and restoring the old vehicle to give customers a better experience . ”
Customers will get special interest rate of 7.99%
Renault will also provide this service for scrap of old two-wheelers. For this, customers can avail special interest rate of 7.99% from Renault Finance on the purchase of new products of the company. Renault India CEO and Managing Director Venkataram Mamilapalle said, “Scrapping policy will help in reducing the pollution level and streamlining the recycle market in the country.”
Let us tell you that CERO is the first Government Authorized Recycler Motor Vehicle in India, which is built on PPP model. Sumit Issar, managing director of Mahindra Intertrade said, CERO is focused on zero pollution in terms of vehicle recycling. Essar said, “We have the latest Dismantle Centers in Greater Noida, Pune and Chennai and collection centers in major cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Chandigarh.”
