Maruti Suzuki will increase the price of its vehicles in April
The country’s largest car maker Maruti Suzuki India had announced the closure of its Gurugram and Manesar plants from May 1 to May 9 last month, and also said that production would not be done in both these plants. Along with this, Suzuki Motors had also said to stop production in Gujarat’s plant.
Now the company has made another announcement about this, that the production in these plants will be closed till May 16 instead of May 9. The company says that it has extended the production shutdown till May 16 for repair and maintenance in its factories in the country.
The company was supposed to close the factories for maintenance in June, but it was decided to close them from May 1 to May 9 before being fixed. Maruti Suzuki told the stock market that the detention for maintenance was till May 9, 2021, which has been extended till May 16 keeping in view the current state of the epidemic. However, the company said that some activities will continue in the plants at Gurgaon and Manesar in Haryana. Suzuki Motor Gujarat has also taken a similar decision.

Apart from this, Mahindra & Mahindra is also continuously coming forward to help people and recently the company has started Oxygen on Wheels campaign with the help of which they are delivering oxygen to the needy and hospitals.
