Nissan’s subcompact SUV Magnite has been unveiled in India. The design of its production-specific model is very similar to the concept model of the car. The front of the Nissan Magnite features large single piece grille, L shaped LED DRLs, LED fog lamps and LED Bi-projector headlamps with a sleek look.
The Magnite uses faux skid plates, split wraparound LED tail lamps and dual tone alloy wheels. Nissan Magnite will get safety features like ABS, traction control, hill start assist, dual airbags, vehicle dynamics control etc. with EBD. Nissan is yet to reveal Magnet’s engine specifications. However, it is likely to get HTA0 turbo petrol engine and CVT gearbox.
Talking about the interior features, the Nissan Magnite cabin has some premium features. These include 8 inch touchscreen infotainment system supporting puddle lamps, ambient lighting, in built air purifiers, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, segment first 360 degree surround view monitor, 7 inch TFT instrument cluster with in built tire pressure monitor etc. . Nissan will also launch a Tech Pack at the time of launch of the car, which will also get wireless charging feature. Other features of this pack include premium sound system.
They are tough
The sale of Nissan Magnite will first start in India, later it will be launched in the global market. Nissan Magnite will be launched in India in the current financial year itself. After the launch, it will compete with Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Ford EcoSport, Mahindra XUV300 and the newly launched Kia Sonet.
