Luxury car maker Maserati from Italy is bringing a new Maserati MC20 super sports car. With this Maserati will usher in a new era. The MC20 will get performance, sportiness and luxury trio. The company presented the MC20 to the world at the “MMXX: Time to be audacious” event on 9 September in Modena. Booking of Maserati MC20 has started from September 10 after its world premiere. The company will start its production from the end of 2020.
In the name of the new Maserati MC20, MC means Maserati Course and 20 means 2020. The MC20 is designed in Modena and will be manufactured at the Viale Ciro Menotti plant. The Maserati MC20 will be launched in 6 new colors Bianco Audace, Giallo Genio, Rosso Vincente, Blu Infinito, Nero Enigma and Grigio Mistero. Each of these colors has been designed and developed exclusively for this car.
Maserati MC20 Engine, Power and Speed
This super sports car has a new 3000 cc Nettuno Twin Turbo V6 engine. It generates 630 hp power and peak torque of 730 Nm. Along with this is the DCT 8 gear transmission. The car accelerates from 0-100 km / h in just 2.9 seconds. Top speed is more than 325 km per hour.
Butterfly Doors and Connected Features
The MC20 is a very lightweight car. Its curb weight is 1,500 kg. Butterfly doors have been used in this super sports car. The wheelbase is 2,700 mm. The luggage capacity of the car is 150 liters (50 front / 100 rear) and fuel tank capacity is 60 liters. The new MC20 super sports car will remain connected to the Maserati Connect program at all times. Its services include Connected Navigation, Alexa and Wi-Fi hotspots. They can also be managed from the Maserati Connect smartphone or smartwatch app.

The components inside the Maserati MC20 are fully driver-oriented. The car’s cabin has two 10-inch screens – first for the cockpit and second for the Maserati Touch Control Plus. The car has a carbon-fibre clad central console. Its features include wireless smartphone charger, driving mode selectors (GT, Wet, Sport, Corsa and a Fifth, ESC Off Deactivating Control Functions), two-speed selection buttons, power window controls, multimedia system controls, and the storage compartment under the armrest.
