Recently, a similar case has come up in which Java bike owner reached the dealership with a donkey and started protesting. Jawa Owner has described the brand and model as ‘donkey bike’ and has also called the company useless.

Actually this is the case of Abhay Raj Singh, resident of Udaipur, who has been troubled by his Java 42 model. He told that neither the company nor the dealership is resolving his problem after complaining several times, so he has asked others to join this donkey rally.

He bought the Java 42 bike 8 months ago and has closed several times after purchasing it. Whenever he travels more than 100 kilometres, the engine of the bike stops. They have told that this happens every time.

This is a matter of bike, which can also be fine. But he has also been upset with the Java company and the dealership, when he complained to the dealership, the staff misbehaved with him, while the company also has not responded to the bike.

He has written about himself that he is a student and is paying a big EMI every month by buying this bike for 2 lakhs. Now there is no help from the company, so they are feeling helpless. He also alleged that the company only takes money and forgets the customers, they do not understand such a thing as after-sales service.

Abhay Raj Singh has said to buy java, describing himself as crazy about the bike. Now he is describing this step as the biggest mistake of his life. He is refusing to buy this useless item to others and is advising to choose another option.

Abhay Raj Singh has filed his complaint in this regard on Twitter, along with it he has added a screenshot of the email written to the company. Currently, the tweets have been removed, hopefully, Java will troubleshoot them as soon as possible.
