These electric two-wheelers will provide a range of 40 to 100 kilometers on a single charge. Along with this, three years of annual maintenance will be given free of cost in these electric vehicles. Employees can pay the price of this electric vehicle between 24 and 60 months.
Employees living in the village will also get benefit
According to Andhra Pradesh Energy Secretary Srikanth Nagulapalli, the right to operate this EMI scheme will be given to New and Renewable Energy Development Corporation AP Limited (NREDCAP). The Andhra Pradesh government will soon issue an official notice regarding this.
Andhra Pradesh is planning to become an electric mobility hub
In this project, Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL), a central government agency promoting electric mobility in India, will be a tremendous partnership.
