In view of the increasing cases of Corona, all the auto companies are coming forward these days to help their customers. In such a situation, Mahindra and Mahindra had promised to give medical insurance of one lakh to the customers of their tractors. Now in this episode, MG Motor India has launched a platform that will provide free medical consultations to its customers and their families.
On this platform, online consultations will be given with the help of doctors. The company has named it MG Healthline. Using this new platform, customers can consult qualified doctors for themselves and their families.
Customers can register on the company’s website or register through My MG App to take advantage of this 24 × 7 service offered by the company. Gaurav Gupta, Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President of MG Motor India said that, this initiative has been started under the MG service to help customers in this difficult time.
For this, the company has partnered with the ‘Doctor 24 * 7 platform’ to provide all the facilities to the customers. According to the company’s statement, the medical team of experts will also take followup from MG’s customers after the first consultation after 72 hours. Along with providing convenience to customers, the company has also provided 200 beds for Covid-19 patients in Gurugram under its MG Sewa. With this, the company has raised funds by partnering with online platform Credithealth and has provided biodegradable bedsheets in Pune. With all these, the company has partnered with Devanandan Gases in Gujarat to increase the production of oxygen at its plant in Vadodara.
