Last month, the company announced temporary shutdown of production at its six manufacturing plants, including Dharuhera in Gurugram, Chittoor in Andhra Pradesh, Haridwar in Uttarakhand, Neemrana in Rajasthan and Halol in Gujarat. These plants produce 90 units in a year.
Regarding getting COVID-19 vaccination to its employees, the company said that Hero MotoCorp has said that more than 90 percent of its employees over 45 years of age have been vaccinated.
