Elon Musk is known as a veteran of the auto industry. Especially when it comes to Tesla and its autopilot technology, the mention of Elon Musk comes on its own. For the past few months, Tesla has been beta testing the fully self-driving feature available to some 1,000 customers as part of its early access program.
But now, the second richest man in the world says, the update to the full self-driving beta version will make your mind spin. In response to Musk’s tweet given in his typical style, many notifications have come. He said that the update will come in two weeks and he said that safety will also be very high in the pure version.
Musk responded to a Twitter handle called @teslaownersSV, “The FSD Beta V9.0 update is going to be awesome. Vision + radar is an essential factor in obtaining and proving high security from pure vision. For a second user, he also said that this feature was coming to the Canadian market in a few months. He cited delays due to differences in driving conditions between the US and Canada.
Gating factor is achieving & proving higher safety with pure vision than with vision+radar. We are almost there.

The upcoming update, called version 9, will remove the reliance on radar and instead focus solely on cameras that are set in cars. However, Musk has been against radars and LiDARs for the longest time and has said they are too expensive And are not required.
Questions raised on Tesla’s autopilot technology
Apparently, Tesla has often been criticized for autopilot technology as experts believe that it is not entirely self-driving technology. For this Tesla has also developed its chipset based on ARM architecture and Trend algorithms on DOJO supercomputers. Elon Musk feels that he has great self-driving technology, as he often underestimates things when commenting on Twitter.
Recently, Tesla has also been in discussion for all the wrong reasons when a Model S crashed with two fatal incidents while it was on autopilot.
