Yamaha has informed that both these plants will be closed from May 15 to May 31. With this, the company has also said that the decision to open these plants in June will be made after examining the situation of the Covid-19 epidemic. The company has not given any information about any of its employees being positive.
The company said in its statement that in the current situation, the safety of the health of its employees is the biggest priority for the company. We will work closely with our dealers and suppliers to minimize its impact. With this, the company also said that the employees working in the corporate office will do the work from home, so that there is no impact on the business.

Last month, Maruti Suzuki also announced the closure of its Haryana plant from 1 to 9 May, which has now been extended to 16 May. Hero MotoCorp has also said to stop its production till May 16.
