Tata Consultancy Services: The company’s profit increased to Rs 9,769 crore in Q3FY22 as compared to a profit of Rs 9,624 crore in Q2FY22. The company’s income increased to Rs 48,885 crore from Rs 46,867 crore on a quarterly basis. The company also approved buyback of 4 crore equity shares up to Rs 18,000 crore at a price of Rs 4,500 per share.

Infosys: On a quarterly basis, the company’s profit in Q3FY22 increased to Rs 5,809 crore, while in Q2FY22 the company had a profit of Rs 5,421 crore. At the same time, the company’s income increased from Rs 29,602 crore to Rs 31,867 crore.

Wipro: The company’s dollar earnings in Q3FY22 increased to Rs 2,63.97 crore while the company’s dollar income in Q2FY22 was $258 million and the company expects constant currency revenue growth at 2-4% for Q4FY22.

Tata Motors: JLR retail sales declined 37.6% to 80,126 vehicles in October-December 2021 on a year-on-year basis, with China sales falling 6.9% and Europe sales falling 6.8% on a quarterly basis.

Titagarh Wagons: The company has bought the land and infrastructure of Precision Shipyard located in Falta, West Bengal in an auction sale organized by Union Bank of India.

Kotak Mahindra Bank: The bank passed a resolution to limit the voting rights of promoters to 26%.

Route Mobile: The company has launched WhatsApp banking facility for Bank of Maharashtra.

Manappuram Finance: The company will look to raise funds through non-convertible debentures on January 17.

Nazara Technologies: The company will meet on January 17 to consider the issue of shares.

RITES: The company and the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (IIT-R) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore viable business opportunities in the infrastructure sector.
