Reliance IndustriesReliance New Energy Solar Limited (RNESL), the solar unit of Reliance Industries, has partnered with Stiesdal A/S. The two companies will jointly develop and manufacture the technology of Hydrogen Electrolyzers. NexWafe GmbH announced the inclusion of RNESL as a strategic lead investor in its €39 million ($45 million) Euro Series C financing round with an investment of €25 million in the first phase. RIL invests in German company Nexwafe, will make silicon wafers for the Indian market

Tata Motors: The Company has approved the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (TML EVCo) to commence its Passenger Electric Mobility business and also associated with TPG Rise Climate India with an investment of Rs.7500 crores in TML EVCo. Markets Rio Pte Ltd has also been approved to enter into a Securities Subscription Agreement with the Company.
