According to the statement, inside India, the company sold 65492 motorcycles with an increase of 35 per cent in December 2020, compared to 48489 motorcycles in December 2019. Last month, the company’s exports grew by 82 percent to 3503 units, while in December 2019, the export was of 1927 bikes.

Sales fell 24% in April-December

During the financial year 2020-21, from April to December 2020, Royal Enfield has sold a total of 407746 bikes, which is 24% less than the same period last year. In April-December 2019, Royal Enfield had sold a total of 533089 bikes. Talking about the domestic market, in April-December 2020, the company sold 384069 bikes with a decline of 23 per cent, compared to 501541 units in the same period last year.
