BMW M 1000 RR India Launched: BMW’s premium bike 2021 BMW M 1000 RR has been launched in India on Thursday 25 March. It is the first bike of BMW M (BMW Motorized) in India and it is more powerful than the BMW S 1000 RR. This bike will be available as Completely Built-up Units (CBU) in India. Its price has been kept at 42 lakh rupees. Apart from this, the price of the sportier BMW M1000RR is 45 lakh rupees. Both these prices are ex-showroom price. Booking has started at BMW Motorrad India dealership from Thursday.
The 999CC BMW M 1000 RR offers light white, Racing blue metallic and racing red in three color options in showrooms across the country. This bike can accelerate from 0-100 km in just 3.1 seconds.
Customers will get a standard three-year unlimited km warranty for the new bike, which can be extended further, although the warranty can be extended for four and five years only. According to the information given by the company, under any circumstances, customers will get daily-side assistance at any time every day i.e. 24 hours a day.

Many improvements over the BMW S1000 RR
The company has made some aerodynamic improvements to the new bike compared to the S 1000 RR and has clear-coat carbon M winglets and a longer windscreen. Chassis design has been changed in the new bike. Apart from this, it has M carbon wheels and 6.5 inch TFT color display. The bike is equipped with a light M battery but LED headlights with heated grips are very powerful.
Talking about the sportier competition variant bike, some additional features have been added to it. It includes M GPS-lap trigger, passenger kit, pillion seat cover, carbon pack (M carbon front and rear mudguards, M carbon upper fairing side panels, M carbon chain guard, M carbon sprocket cover), M carbon tank cover, M billet pack (M engine protectors, M brake lever guard with M brake lever folding, M clutch lever folding and M rider footrest system) are given.
221hp power generated from 999CC engine
For power, the bike has a 999 cc water-cooled, inline four-cylinder engine based on BMW Shiftcam technology. It generates power of 221hp and maximum torque of 113Nm. Comparing this to the S 1000 RR, the engine of this bike generates 207hp of power but torque generates 113Nm. The bike has a lightweight titanium exhaust system. The M1000RR can accelerate from 0 to 100 km in just 3.1 seconds and can reach a maximum speed of 306 kmph. The bike is standardly available in four riding modes Rain, Road, Dynamic and Race. Apart from this, Riding Mode Pro (Race Pro 1-3) is also available as an option.
