Car maker Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has introduced door delivery option to make genuine parts of vehicles easily available to its customers. This is an extension of the company’s ‘Toyota Parts Connect’ which was launched in 2015 to provide genuine parts to the customers.

Automobile companies make parts of their vehicles available in the market because it improves after sale service which is very important to keep the customers engaged.

Option to pick up from dealerships or home delivery
Giving information, car maker Toyota said that under this option, there will be two options in front of the customers. They can either go to the dealership to get the genuine parts for their car or get it delivered to their home address using the home delivery facility. Apart from the facility of home delivery, Toyota has expanded the range of products under this program, which means that it will now be able to take more genuine products. Now under this, car care essentials, engine oil and tires and batteries will also be able to take genuine.

Home delivery will be done in all cities by the end of the year
According to the information given by the company, this service is available in 12 cities of the country and by the end of 2021 this year it will be made available in all the cities of the country. Naveen Soni, Senior Vice President, Toyota Kirloskar Motors said that the genuine parts of the vehicle play an important role in the safety of the customers and vehicles. In such a situation, the company has made a new beginning to improve the facility of providing genuine parts to the customers.
