Tata has disappeared some features from Nexon and Ultros. The company has removed the physical control buttons from the 7 inch touchscreen system and above variants. In both models, the names of both the vehicles have been replaced instead. Among the 6 buttons that have been removed, the Privius, Next, Smartphone, Back, while the knobs were what used to control the volume and tuner.
After removing these buttons, the design of the dashboard has become quite clean but some users may also feel bad. The Nexon 1.2 comes with either a turbocharged petrol engine (120PS / 170Nm) or a 1.5-liter turbocharged diesel engine (110PS / 260Nm). Tata uses the same engine in both which comes with a 6-speed MT or AMT. On the other hand, the Ultrose gets a 1.2 liter Naturally aspirated petrol (86PS / 113Nm) engine. At the same time, it comes with 1.2 liter turbo petrol (110PS / 140Nm). At the same time, it also gets a 1.5 (90PS / 200Nm) diesel engine. A 5 speed manual gearbox is available in both engines.
The price of Ultraz starts at Rs 5.69 lakh, which goes up to Rs 9.45 lakh, while Nexon comes from Rs 7.09 lakh to Rs 12.79 lakh.
