Audi E Tron
Audi India on Tuesday announced that it has opened pre-launch bookings for its much-awaited e-tron and e-tron Sportback electric vehicles. Audi has entered the electric vehicle segment in India with the e-tron SUV. The company will give tough competition to Mercedes Benz EQC and Jaguar I Pace here. Audi e-tron SUVs can be booked through the company’s dealerships by paying Rs 5 lakh.
Audi is here to highlight the design and performance of the vehicle so that more and more people can bring this electric vehicle to their homes. The vehicle has been designed in such a way that it looks a bit different if anyone who buys it. The 95kWh ca battery pack has been given in the e-tron and e-tron Sportback. Audi is rolling out progressive steering, adaptive air suspension (both to come as standard) and electric all-wheel drive system on the EV to provide an immersive drive experience.
The electric all-wheel drive system promises minimal traction, handling and driving comfort especially in all driving conditions. Both the vehicles use advanced energy recovery. The WLTP (Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicle Test Procedure) range is in the area of 359 to 484 km.
