Anand Mahindra, chairman of Mahindra Group, has tweeted that after the start of this program 61 jumbo cylinders have been delivered in 13 hospitals.

Due to the increasing cases of corona epidemic, people are getting the most of oxygen. In such a situation, to help people, the country’s leading automobile manufacturer Mahindra & Mahindra has come up with an innovative idea and pledged to help people by transporting oxygen across the country.
Mahindra Group Chairman Anand Mahindra has announced that the company has prepared 70 Bolero pick-up trucks for oxygen delivery. He has given information about this by posting a post on social media. Mahindra wrote on Twitter, “Today, oxygen is the key to reducing mortality. The problem is not about the production of oxygen, but from its production to transportation to hospitals and homes. He further wrote that, “Oxygen on Wheels” uses trucks on local shuttle routes to connect oxygen producers with spalls. An operation control center has been established. The storage location is being sourced from the local refilling plant.
Mahindra further wrote that he had promised the Chief Minister of Maharashtra on Tuesday and in just 48 hours the Mahindra Logistics team has launched the program with 20 Boleros in Pune and Chakan. 61 jumbo cylinders have been delivered in 13 hospitals. In the next 48 hours, under this plan, 50-75 Bolero pickups will start working in cities like Mumbai, Thane, Nashik, Nagpur.

He further wrote on Twitter that he has started this service in Maharashtra and soon it will be delivered across the country.
