2022 Toyota Glanza Facelift: Toyota Kirloskar Motor has announced that the bookings for the upcoming new Glanza facelift (2022 Toyota Glanza Facelift) have now started in India. One can book this premium hatchback on the company’s official website by paying a token amount of Rs 11,000. Apart from this, it can also be booked by visiting your nearest Toyota dealership. The new 2022 Toyota Glanza facelift is to be launched in India on March 15, 2022.
The Toyota Glanza is a rebranded version of the Maruti Suzuki Baleno and was first launched in India in June 2019. Recently, Maruti Suzuki introduced the updated version of the Baleno facelift and now the updated version of the Glanza will be launched soon. However, it seems that this time the company is going to make some changes in the facelifted Glanza to differentiate both the cars from each other.

Engine and Features
The new 2022 Toyota Glanza facelift will be powered by a 1.2-litre K-Series dual jet, dual VVT petrol engine with a start/stop system. It will generate power of 88.5 hp and peak torque of 113 Nm. The engine will be mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and AMT. Apart from this, Toyota claims that the new Glanza will give a mileage of 22+ kmpl.
In terms of features, the facelifted Glanza will get a larger 9.0-inch Smartplay Pro+ touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and 40+ connected car features. Some other features will include a heads-up display, a 360-degree parking camera, and safety equipment like six airbags. When launched, it will take on the likes of Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Honda Jazz, Hyundai i20 and Tata Altroz.
