2022 Kawasaki Ninja 650 launched at a price of Rs 6.61 lakh, know how powerful the bike is

The 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 650 is powered by a 649cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine that generates 66.4bhp power and 64Nm torque. This engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox with slipper clutch.

Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer Kawasaki has today launched a new facelift model of its famous sport bike Kawasaki Ninja 650 in the Indian market. The company has introduced this bike at a price of Rs 6.61 lakh (ex-showroom) and has introduced it with new color options.

Last month, the company introduced this model in the global market and some special changes have been made in it. Talking about the new updates, the bike has been given an updated signature lime green paintwork with white hints and red pinstripe graphics on the lower fairing but the old yellow honeycomb pattern has been removed. The Kawasaki Ninja 650 also gets a Pearl Robotic White color scheme that comes with Metallic Gray and Lime Green highlights.

Apart from these changes, nothing else has changed on the motorcycle. Along with this, a KRT edition of this bike is also available in the international market. This edition has been introduced with Lime Green / Ebony / Pearl Blizzard White paint scheme.

Full LED headlamp and tail lamp have been given in this motorcycle. Along with this, it has a 4.3-inch full color TFT display which works with Bluetooth connectivity. Talking about the engine, this bike has a 649cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine that generates power of 66.4bhp and torque of 64Nm. This engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox with slipper clutch.

Safety and comfort have also been taken care of in the bike and for suspension duties, it has been given telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock suspension at the rear. Talking about the braking system, then it has a twin disc brake at the front and a single disc brake with dual channel anti-lock braking system (ABS) in the rear.
