Now the logo of Mahindra’s vehicles will change, starting with the new XUV700

Mahindra has been releasing the teasers of the XUV700 for quite some time now. The XUV700 will come with auto booster headlamps, panoramic sunroof, pop-out smart door handles.

Mahindra’s new logo is all set to debut with the upcoming XUV700.

Mahindra is in the headlines these days. The Indian UV giant launched the new generation Mahindra Thar last year and it achieved a major breakthrough in the Indian automotive sector. Recently Mahindra has launched Bolero Neo, which comes with many segment-first features. Now, before we start talking about the upcoming products from the carmaker, there is a good news that we have to share. Swadeshi Brand is working on a new logo. The picture shows what the new logo will look like.

With the new logo, a complete brand overhaul is considered. The outgoing logo was officially adopted in the year 2002 with the launch of the first generation Scorpio. The new logo is set to debut with the upcoming XUV700. Unlike the outgoing logo, the new logo looks like an upper case ‘M’. Well, it looks much simpler and more attractive than the outgoing logo. However, some changes will be made before coming to the upcoming XUV700.

Coming to the Mahindra XUV700, it will be the flagship offering from the brand in the Indian market. The three-SUV will be set on a monocoque frame and will come loaded into the gills. Hence, we know about some of the features that will be seen in the upcoming Mahindra SUV. XMahindra has been releasing the teasers of the XUV700 for quite some time now. The XUV700 will come with auto booster headlamps. This feature will offer extra brightness when the SUV is driven in a dark environment above 80 kmph. In addition, it will come with a panoramic sunroof, pop-out smart door handles. Also, the XUV700 is expected to have a better AWD system than the older XUV500.

As for powertrain options, the Mahindra XUV700 is likely to get two engine options, 2.0L mStallion turbo-petrol and 2.2L mHawk turbo-diesel. It is expected to generate around 190 hp while the latter will deliver a peak power output of over 150 hp. Transmission options will include 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission.
